RETURNS and REFUNDS

In the event of a return, the customer will be given confirmation of return and be instructed on the process. No returns will be accepted without confirmation.

Returns that are approved will be refunded the price of the product minus shipping charges. All refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive the product, we will contact you for information for your refund.
